Digital Product Manager L4 - London

As a Digital Product Manager, you\'ll have the opportunity to lead cutting-edge projects, collaborate with a talented team, and make a significant impact on the digital landscape.

Solution Strategy and Vision:

  • Develop and communicate the vision and strategic direction for the global social media solution (Sprinklr) within the value stream, considering business goals and market needs.
  • Collaborate with the Media Solution Owner & key stakeholders to define the product roadmap.
Social Media & Search - Delivery Management:
  • Act as the D&T lead/overall Responsible for a social media governance & compliance project that is focussed on centralising social media operations (ie, centralising \'Access\' to social media accounts, and global onboarding & execution via Sprinklr)
  • Work closely with the chosen operations Partner as well as the Sprinklr services team to transition from a de-centralised social media model to a centralised one.
  • Continuously monitor and measure project progress, identifying and resolving issues and risks to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Embedded Ops partner and application support team in establishing and delivering appropriate service levels.
  • Social Listening Act as the D&T lead for social Listening and the go-to technology solutions owner for Listening
  • Work with the global business Search term to support on setting up a Search capability within Digital & Technology that supports the requirements and ways of working of the business.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Engage with business stakeholders, product managers, and end-users to understand their needs, gather requirements, and provide updates on project status
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring effective communication channels are in place to address concerns and solicit feedback.
  • Collaborate with other Solution Owners, Product Owners, and Value Stream Leaders to ensure alignment across teams and maximize value delivery.
Continuous Improvement and Learning:
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the value stream team, encouraging experimentation and innovation.
  • Gather and analyse feedback from stakeholders and end-users to drive enhancements and evolve the product roadmap.
Qualification and Experience:
  • Must-have extensive, hands-on experience with Sprinklr, ideally for Owned and Listening
  • Ideally have experience in Sprinklr implementation and driving adoption - in a global organisation
  • Have a good understanding of Facebook access architecture including Meta Business Suite and Business Manager
  • Strong knowledge of social media compliance, legal, data privacy, and security requirements for a large global organisation in a heavily regulated industry
  • Ideally has some experience in organic and paid
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Analytical mind-set with the ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
  • Experience in the IT industry, preferably with a focus on software development and delivery.
  • Familiarity with relevant technologies, tools, and concepts in the software development life cycle.
