Itrepresents dinghy and yacht racing, motor and sail cruising, RIBs andsportsboats, windsurfing, inland cruising and personal watercraft.

Digital Product Manager - Full Time & Permanent

Salary: 40,000 - 45,000per annum

Full Time: 35 hours perweek, Monday-Friday

Location: Hamble (Hybridworking)

The Royal Yachting Association is seeking anexperience Digital Product Manager to be the digital product expert within the association.You will develop a deep understand of all our tools and systems, theirdocumentation, integrations and manage them to leverage their efficient usewithin the RYA through a centralised digital approach.



The Digital Product Manager will be the work with ITand the wider RYA business to ensure the variety of digital tools and systemsused across the RYA are efficient and effective.

What youll be doing:

The technicalexpert within the RYA with a knowledge of all our tools and systems, theirdocumentation, integrations, managing them to leverage their efficient usewithin the RYA through a centralised digital approach Work with partners and staff to support the technicaldevelopment of our digital platforms, including our website, DAM, learningmanagement systems, events, etc Ensure allsystems are clearly documented and knowledge is shared across the departmentand external departments as required Act as systemssuper-user for all RYA digital tools and platforms internally Work acrossthe business on a systems analysis to provide requirements and direction forfuture development of a single customer view Ensure allsystems operate smoothly, monitoring key systems and aligning with theorganisations processes Line managetwo direct reports Work with Headof Digital to support the implementation of our digital vision and strategy Analytics andreporting of channel and site success to the wider business with regular establishedreporting and actionable decisions

What were looking for:

Knowledge ofdifferent digital tools e.g. event management, digital asset, surveys, hotelbooking software, learning management systems, location selectors Stakeholdermanagement at all organisational levels establishing digital within thebusiness as a service function
