The purpose of this role is to showcase these great stories across appropriate digital platforms specifically with recruitment in mind to show what a varied and rewarding career you can have within the care industry.
This role requires an understanding of brand, tone of voice and recruitment. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & PR and working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Recruitment team, take ownership of the career and recruitment digital platforms ensuring highest standard of presentation, visibility and engagement.
In addition to crafting and pushing out the content, the candidate must be able to identify and maximise reach to the right audiences to drive recruitment applications and evaluate to illustrate impact.
Key platforms include Facebook / Instagram & LinkedIn. However, having an appetite to present reasons to try new platforms (such as TikTok) to promote to the younger audience would be favourable.
