gittgo connect is a new 20/month membership helping small businesses and startups grow -- fast. Members get access to expert-led Zooms, startup guides, business coaching, a referral directory, in-person events, and VIP access to our trusted concierge service.

The platform is built. The offer is strong. Now we need someone who can sell it online -- with content that works.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who knows how to sell through content -- short-form video, strong copy, and clear funnels. You'll create, plan and publish content that drives membership growth, and build the systems behind it (landing pages, email sequences, lead magnets, affiliate programmes).

This is a hands-on, high-output role. If you've done it before and have the results to show it, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Create and publish short-form video content regularly (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) Write blog posts, landing pages, emails and lead magnets to drive sales Build and manage sales funnels from first click to conversion Plan and execute a weekly content and marketing schedule Set up and manage an affiliate/referral scheme with creators and partners Track signups and performance -- and adapt quickly

What We're Looking For

Proven experience growing an online product or service Strong track record in content-led sales and funnel building Examples of on-camera content that has delivered real engagement or conversions Excellent copywriting and content planning skills Highly organised, self-driven and results-focused Confident working independently and owning your outcomes

Tools You'll Likely Use

TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite Basic website and landing page builders (e.g. Squarespace, WordPress, or funnel platforms) Analytics tools to track signups and engagement

What We Offer

35,000 starting salary Progression to 50,000 based on results Performance-based bonuses Full-time, in-office role (Highbury & Islington, London) Autonomy and ownership in a brand with national ambitions
