What youll do



Join Henkel as an Account Based Marketing Digital Sales Graduate. You will utilize digital tools and a variety of 1st and 3rd party data sources to map and analyse key stakeholder networks of large accounts. Be the pivotal 'right-hand' of the Global Key Account Managers and support with all day-to-day activities. Respond to real-time account & prospect intelligence to build relationships. Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other LinkedIn tools as a key enabler for prospecting. Utilize marketing automation and campaign management tools for customer journeys and paid social. Report out on key metrics using deep analytics on the vertical and account strategic campaigns. You will work cross functionally and be the key connection between the Marketing & Sales teams.

What makes you a good fit



You should graduate (before September 2026 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree from Business, Digital Marketing or related field. Desire to learn more about the ever-growing practice of Account-Based marketing (ABM). Digitally savvy. Good judgement and creative thinking with a positive sense of initiative. Strong analytical skills and eye for detail. Excellent communication skills. Computer literate and confident with the MS Office suite and other computer systems. Full clean UK driving licence.
