Key Responsibilities
Update and maintain customer and prospect data in our CRM (Workbooks)
Provide administration support for events, webinars, and marketing campaigns
Support the creation and posting of content on LinkedIn and develop further social media channels
Collaborate with the team on fresh marketing initiatives
Assist with general administrative tasks across the Sales and Marketing Department
Person criteria
This role would suit an early-career professional, or someone returning to the workplace, looking to grow their career in marketing or sales
Proactive and enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude and a genuine interest in digital sales and/or digital marketing
Organised and detail-orientated, able to manage multiple tasks and keep projects on track
Creative, with a flair for content creation and a strong attention to detail
A confident communicator, comfortable working with different teams and taking initiative
Tech-savvy, ideally with some experience of social media platforms and Microsoft Office
Any exposure to CRM systems (especially Workbooks), content creation tools, or marketing platforms is a bonus, but not essential
