Role mission
This is an entry-level role where you'll learn how sales and marketing operations run in a specialist B2B environment. You'll support the team with research, database management, campaign coordination, and admin tasks that keep our sales pipeline moving. You'll also get hands-on training in AI tools to help speed up repetitive work and improve accuracy. Success in this role requires great organisation, communication and collaborative skills -- you'll be working with multiple teams, following up with colleagues, and communicating clearly to keep projects on track.
What you'll do
Research companies that fit our target industries and identify potential leads.
Build and maintain contact lists for sales campaigns and tradeshows.
Keep HubSpot CRM records accurate and up to date
Book banner ad placements on our websites and follow up with clients for artwork.
Track advertising schedules and check campaigns are delivered correctly.
Help collect and organise customer testimonials and case studies.
Prepare simple reports on advertising performance.
Assist with creating sales presentations and marketing materials.
Monitor social media inboxes and approve group membership requests.
Learn and apply AI tools to make research and admin tasks more efficient.
Ensure all three platforms receive balanced attention in prospecting and lead generation so each grows in line with business objectives.
Who we're looking for
Recently graduated in marketing, communications, business, or similar -- or equivalent experience.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Organised, reliable, and eager to learn.
Excellent soft skills -- able to work well with different teams, communicate clearly, and build positive working relationships.
Comfortable with spreadsheets, email, and online tools.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
Completed or working towards HubSpot Sales Software Certification (free online).
Additional languages, Canva or basic design skills, or experience using AI tools would be considered a bonus by us but are not essential.
What you'll gain

Competence in AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency in research, reporting, and repetitive tasks.
