We're looking for a passionate and creative

SEO & Digital Content Specialist

to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who's hands-on, full of ideas, and eager to bring our digital presence to life through both strategy and content.

You'll be responsible for driving organic traffic, improving search visibility, and supporting the team by creating high-quality content such as blogs, case studies, and social media posts. Site visits will be part of the role, giving you the opportunity to gather real-time insights and produce authentic, engaging material based on actual projects.

We're after someone who's proactive, confident in their SEO skills, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.

You will require the below experience.



Key Responsibilities:



Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities Optimise website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs to improve search engine performance Develop and implement link-building strategies to support domain authority growth Monitor, analyse, and report on website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz Perform regular website audits and identify technical or content-related improvements Collaborate with internal teams to produce SEO-friendly content (e.g., blogs, case studies, social posts) Stay current with SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices Create a content plan and publishing schedule aligned with business goals Support the marketing and sales teams by producing relevant materials that generate leads and engagement

Experience:



Proven experience in an SEO-focused role (minimum 2-3 years) Solid understanding of SEO techniques, on-page/off-page optimisation, and content strategy Experience with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and turn it into actionable insights Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and digital marketing Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a bonus Full UK driving licence preferred (due to occasional site visits)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-28,500.00 per year
