Job Purpose:



With a focus on digital performance, you will play a key role in driving our digital ambition and shaping the future of our business. In this role you will be a key player driving the digital experience through digital shelf optimization and digital operations. This role will enable our business to achieve our digital ambitions, including initiatives related to Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Salsify (PIM), and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) development. You will be a critical player in the team, creating strong business recommendations from your role as a UX & DSO expert. You will also have the opportunity to take your expertise externally, collaborating with our customers to push the boundaries of our digital transformations, making you critical to our success in this journey both internally & externally.



This role will have global scope across the ADM H&W B2C brand portfolio.



Main Responsibilities:

Digital Shelf: Define the global vision & best practice to deliver the best experience for the consumers. Build ecommerce execution to outperform today and pioneer to bring competitive advantage in future leveraging brand & sales colleagues. Driving adoption of tools, best practices & capabilities to improve performance & online experience. Assess & onboard the best global partners to monitor the online execution. Define KPIs & targets by region & ensure a high level of tool adoption. Organic Visibility & Rank Optimisation: Lead the development of strategies to improve organic discoverability across digital platforms (retail search, SEO, PDP optimisation). Partner with external agencies & retail media, to drive sustained improvements in search rank and visibility. Focus on improving conversion rates through enhanced content, UX improvements, and performance analysis -- ensuring that increased visibility leads to measurable business impact. Content Excellence: provide best practices toolkits to get content presence and quality across all the customer platforms based on shopping journeys and platform specific. Eventing support: provide guidance on jobs to be done and perfect execution during ecommerce events (like Black Friday, Prime Day) Organic Rank Optimisation: Ratings & Reviews strategy: be responsible for the sampling, syndication and insights collection strategy for ratings and reviews to be implemented across markets and platforms. Brand strategy implementation: partner with global brand team to ensure the best digital strategy and content materials are developed for all markets & retailers Training local teams: identify capabilities and skill gaps at a local level and accordingly define training plans to establish global standards of excellence. Digital Marketing Technology Roadmap: Lead the planning and execution of the Digital Marketing Technology Roadmap to support marketing initiatives and enhance digital capabilities, pioneering new technologies we should explore as they come into play. Project Management: Act as both Project Manager and Product Owner for key marketing technology projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. Stakeholder Engagement: Champion our digital ambitions by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, Brand, procurement and Global IT Teams. Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring quality, accuracy, and cost-effective practices in technical and CRM projects. Data Integration: Lead the consolidation of consumer & customer PII data feeds, ensuring compliance and alignment with our eCRM strategy.
Skills & Abilities:

Microsoft office: good proficiency with good presentation skills on powerpoint especially. Experience with GA, Shopify, Salsify, Profitero a plus Ability to analyse problems to develop solutions and using initiative to get desired results Ability to work in a varied and fast paced environment managing multiple projects and priorities A strong eye for detail you will be curious to continuously identify problems and come with solutions, striving always for online excellence and looking for unique opportunities to set the Brand apart from competitors Ability to interpret data, find actionable insights and make recommendations from multiple data sources and information A self-starter with a strong willingness to support in setting up and establishing eCommerce within the business Ability to build relationships and influence multiple stakeholders both internally and externally Self-sufficient & proactive deliverer, with ability to take the lead and also work as part of a team


Education & Experience:

University degree in business/management/marketing preferable Must have 7-10 years Digital Marketing &/ eCommerce experience dealing with Marketing and Commercial teams, customers and agencies Previous experience of Petcare/Probiotics advantageous Must be able to travel overnight for work purposes and to Somerset/London offices
