LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting Evening Chefs to join our Hotel Kitchen Teams in food preparation and service-related duties.

Shift opportunities include:

Full Time



Weekend Availability required on a rota basis



Evenings Only (2pm until 11pm)



With hourly pay rates

up to 15.60

What does this role entail?

A day in the life of a Hotel Evening Chef would include...

Preparing a range of high-quality dinner dishes from seasonal menus across our hotel restaurants. Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary Adhering to the highest standard of Health and Safety as well as Food Safety both with the products that are served and within the working environment Supporting with deliveries and ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely Preparing dishes of high quality in a timely manner Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly

What is required for this role?

Here are some desirable qualities required for this role...

Previous Food and Beverage or Hospitality experience is required Food Safety Qualifications required Be able to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner Be a great communicator both with peers as well as the management team Be adaptable and flexible to support with business requirements Be approachable at all times with a postive can-do attitude and show willingness towards being a team player
