We're looking for a
Direct Payment Support Worker
to join our team on a
part-time basis (22.5 hours per week)
. You'll be out and about, supporting customers in their homes and communities--so a
full UK driving licence and access to a car
is essential.
What your day might look like:
Start by providing personal care and support tailored to each customer's care plan.
Help customers achieve their goals--whether that's improving wellbeing, gaining independence, or simply enjoying their day.
Promote social activities and community engagement to boost confidence and connection.
Work closely with other teams and partner agencies to ensure safeguarding and welfare needs are met.

Can work 22.5 hours a week
