About the Role:


Sitecore is seeking a Director, Commercial FP&A to join our Finance team. The Commercial FP&A team serves as frontline partners to the business - helping the leaders in the Go to Market, R&D and G&A functions achieve their goals by making great decisions as quickly as possible.

What You Will Do:


Manage a small team of FP&A professionals Be a visible spokesperson for FP&A in front of senior execs across the company Initially, own business partnering for Sitecore's go to market organisation, including Sales and Marketing, but with the potential to grow/change scope over time Help the business plan its resource usage to support its strategic goals, measuring performance against those plans and updating them periodically Drive efficiency in all business partnering by constantly evolving processes and embedding AI wherever possible Help solve ad-hoc business problems as they arise, leveraging your analytical capabilities and deep understanding of Sitecore's business model

What You Need to Succeed:


Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required Background in Commercial FP&A or Strategic Finance, with experience business partnering a major function, and ideally supporting GTM at a scaled tech company with an international presence A solid knowledge of accounting; being a qualified accountant is a plus Experience managing a team
