The Director of FP&A will be responsible for building and leading the financial planning and analysis function during a critical growth phase. This role combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on development of FP&A capabilities, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and implement comprehensive budgeting and forecasting processes across the organisation
Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, providing insights to drive performance
Partner with department heads to improve financial planning and analysis capabilities
Partner with the Commercial teams & RevOps to create meaningful data streams to show accurate & timely performance
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and business planning
Create robust management reporting frameworks and KPI dashboards
Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team
Implement new FP&A systems and tools where needed to automate and enhance reporting processes
Required Experience:
10+ years of FP&A experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles within high-growth technology or FinTech companies
Track record of building FP&A functions and implementing budgeting processes from scratch
Experience in selecting and implementing FP&A systems and tools
Strong background in financial modelling and analysis
Experience working with Private Equity investors and their reporting requirements
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred
Key Skills:
Advanced financial modelling and forecasting capabilities

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with modern FP&A tools and systems
Strong project management and process improvement capabilities
