From the moment you wake up in the morning until you go to bed at night consider the media you consume, the adverts you see, the apps you use, the websites you browse and almost all the shopping you do online throughout the day. Chances are that every single one of those interactions, every single one of those experiences, was touched by an Adobe product!

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Enterprise Architects to lead the development and implementation of our enterprise architecture strategy across the EMEA region. In this key leadership position, the person will be responsible for developing and performing the EA strategy as part of a larger Value Acceleration team. Operational:

Maintain operational cadence for reporting and updates that effectively communicates deal status to collaborators on and off the architecture team. Interact directly with individual contributors and leaders in presales, sales, product management, delivery (both Adobe and partner) and engineering

Training & Enablement:

Develop and deliver training and enablement programs to empower the sales team with technical knowledge and effective sales strategies.

Team Management:

Lead and mentor a team of enterprise architects, fostering a collaborative environment, ensuring continuous development, and maintaining high levels of performance.
