Job Description

This is a new and exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking, self-motivated commercial-minded individual to join our thriving school.


This role will play a pivotal and vital part in the school's commercial success, leading on the school's commercial strategy. The successful candidate will have strategic oversight of all non-fee revenue streams and will use their commercial vision and acumen to grow these and enhance the school's profitability.


To be successful in this role you will need to be degree educated or hold demonstrable experience of delivering on successful commercial strategy, coupled with a strong record in managing diverse income streams and delivering profitable growth. You will be an inspiring and credible leader with the ability to motivate others towards shared goals. In addition, you will be a natural collaborator with a positive "can do" attitude, flexible approach, and excellent interpersonal skills.


Previous experience within an educational setting would be an advantage but is not essential.

The post is permanent, all-year round, full time, working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday with the flexibility to attend events and work weekends as required.
