Your mission: Make an impact

We're seeking a Director, FP&A to own our planning cadence end-to-end and raise our

reporting to public-company standards. You will lead budgeting and forecasting, build

decision-ready insights, craft Board materials, support Investor Relations, and partner

on M&A from diligence through integration. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll set the operating rhythm, develop a driver-based model, and build/mentor a small team as we scale.

How you'll drive success

Strategic finance leadership

Own the annual operating plan, rolling forecast, and long-range plan; drive a
disciplined monthly/quarterly cadence with variance analysis and actionable

commentary.

Build a driver-based financial model covering revenue, gross margin, OPEX ,
headcount, and cash; maintain scenarios and sensitivities.

Establish KPI frameworks and tie them to the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.

Board & executive communications

Contribute to the Board pack: KPI dashboards, and written narratives. Partner with the CEO/CFO/FD on executive decision memos: options, trade-offs,
risks, explicit asks.

Investor relations

Prepare quarterly financial/operational narratives, KPI definitions, and Q&A prep;
support metric consistency and YoY comparability.

Contribute to public-company readiness: non-GAAP policy, disclosures, and guidance

frameworks.

Business & data insights

Translate data into insights: product, pricing, mix, geos, channel efficiency; build self-serve dashboards with Finance-quality definitions. Partner with GTM, Product, and Ops on forecasting drivers, pipeline hygiene,
usage/engagement trends, and unit economics.

M&A support

Lead finance workstreams in diligence (quality of earnings, revenue retention, cost
structure) and integration (synergies, operating model, tracking).

Own deal models, valuation cases, and post-close scorecards.

Systems, process & governance

Uplevel management reporting to public-company style (clean gross margin;
R&D/S&M/G&A; non-GAAP reconciliation).

Tighten the FP&A Accounting handoff: monthly close calendar, flux thresholds,
and change-control; improve forecast accuracy and cycle time.

Scale tooling: planning (e.g., Anaplan/Adaptive), BI (e.g. Power BI/Looker), ERP
integrations (NetSuite).

Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team (analysts/senior analysts) over time

What makes you the perfect fit

6+ years in FP&A/Strategic Finance, including people leadership and ownership of
the planning cadence at a growth-stage or public tech company.

Track record producing Board-level materials and partnering directly with C-suite. Strong financial modeling and storytelling; comfortable with revenue bridges, cohort
views, and cash flow.

Tooling: advanced Excel; experience with a planning platform and BI; SQL a plus. ERP familiarity (NetSuite preferred) and solid understanding of rev rec concepts
(ASC 606) and non-GAAP conventions.

Experience supporting IR and/or M&A (diligence, modelling, integration) is highly
valued.

Degree in Finance/Accounting/Econ; MBA/CPA/CFA/ACCA/CIMA a plus. Public company experience is a plus. Excellent communication, executive presence, and the ability to simplify
complexity for non-finance audiences

It'll also be an advantage if:You have experience or knowledge of finance and trading. You know about TradingView . We love users who become teammates!
