Director Of Marketing

Cookstown, NIR, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

This is not a role for the faint-hearted. As Director of Marketing, you will be the strategic architect

of CDE's global voice--crafting stories that don't just sell solutions, but shift mindsets. You won't

just lead a team--you'll lead a movement that challenges convention, inspires action, and positions

CDE as the most trusted and transformative brand in sustainable materials processing.

You will be responsible for the full spectrum of our marketing strategy--from brand to demand,

from insight to execution. You'll lead a high-performing team of creatives, analysts, storytellers, and

digital pioneers to deliver campaigns that don't just generate leads--they generate momentum.

You'll ensure our message is not only heard, but felt--by customers, partners, policymakers, and

the wider public.

Your influence will stretch across every region and every sector we serve. You'll work hand-in-hand

with business development, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure marketing is not

a support function, but a strategic engine of growth. You'll bring clarity to complexity, energy to

execution, and vision to every conversation --strengthening our commitment to building customers

for life. You'll see the world through our customers' eyes and be regularly face-to-face with them --

in market, on site, and in the heart of their operations -- because being face-to-face with customers

is the most important conversation any of us can have.

About The Role

Imagine a future in CDE

It's July 2026. Just weeks ago, you delivered CIRCLE 2026 in Belgium, CDE's flagship symposium

on circularity. The event brought together customers, collaborators, and changemakers from across

the globe--not just to talk about the future of materials, but to shape it. You opened the event with

a message that set the tone for everything that followed: that CDE's role in the world is not just to

process materials, but to lead the conversation on how we value and recover them.

CIRCLE was the culmination of months of strategic planning, storytelling, and cross-functional

collaboration. It was a platform that showcased CDE's purpose, our people, and our progress.

And you were at the centre of it. Earlier in the year, your team helped elevate CDE's presence at

CONEXPO in Las Vegas and Hillhead in the UK--two of the industry's most influential stages.

Your team is recognised across the business as a strategic engine--creative, agile, and deeply

aligned with our commercial goals. You've embedded a culture where bold ideas are welcomed,

tested, and delivered. You've helped position CDE not just as a market leader, but as a trusted voice

in the global conversation on sustainability and resource recovery.
