Director of Marketing
Our Marketing team are now looking for a Director of Marketing to lead our brand's strategic growth. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of Harrods' brand presence, leading a high-performing team and working cross-functionally with Retail, Digital, Partnerships, PR, Creative, and Merchant teams to deliver exceptional campaigns and experiences. Reporting to the Chief Brand & Reputation Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in defining our place in the luxury market.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and evolving Harrods' marketing strategy, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints. You'll lead the creation of integrated marketing campaigns and partner with teams across the business to deliver unforgettable customer experiences. You'll be a key driver in building the annual marketing calendar, using customer insights and commercial data to shape and guide the strategic direction of our marketing efforts.
This role involves overseeing a wide scope--from international marketing to events and campaign planning--while championing a unified marketing agenda across the business. You'll manage a significant budget, ensuring ROI and alignment with business priorities.
