We are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead the marketing and communications function in the execution of both external marketing strategies and internal communication plans. The role ensures consistent brand messaging across all channels, aligning marketing efforts with organisational goals and fostering a positive internal culture. The role is a blend of tactical response and long-term strategy. The goal is to foster both short and long term growth across the portfolio of software and services. You'll own how we position and communicate the value of Loftyworks software and TLP services, partnering closely with sales, product management, and customer success to drive measurable impact across the funnel.

Key Responsibilities include:

Identify and oversee implementation of marketing initiatives through execution of campaigns, events, digital marketing and PR. Overall responsibility for the marketing team Support development of value propositions for campaigns, bids and proposals. Increase awareness of the organization by setting and managing social media/digital communication strategy to build awareness, engagement and community. You will drive continuous analysis of competitive environment and market trends. You will implement a data driven approach to refine strategies and improve overall marketing effectiveness. You will present monthly performance narratives to leadership, tying initiatives to ROI and CAC. You will set and manage departmental budget in line with forecast and strategy You will foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the business, driving thought leadership and content creation in support of marketing strategy. You will oversee maintenance of internal communications media, and content creation in support of internal messaging. You will Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and data-driven decision-making. You will oversee the growth and structuring of the marketing team to support business objectives.

Requirements:
Marketing leadership experience Proven experience scaling a SaaS business along with services as well as a track record of being part of a growing team People management experience Strong digital marketing experience Ability to define and own a strategy but also comfortable being hands on Strong numerical and analytical skills Experience in the PropTech vertical is a nice to have Commutable distance from Worthing is a nice to have
