Key Responsibilities:



Operational Management:

Lead and manage day-to-day operations of Lomond Park Hotel and Zozo DMC. Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and facilities management. Implement and maintain operational standards, policies, and procedures to uphold quality and consistency across both properties.

Guest Experience:

Champion guest satisfaction initiatives and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements as necessary to exceed guest expectations.

Financial Management:
