We are now seeking a highly capable Director of Operations and Guest Experience to lead our operations across the UK and ensure we continue to deliver outstanding guest service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations across a national portfolio of serviced accommodations
Manage and develop multi-functional teams: guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, contractors
Ensure compliance with legal, health & safety, and client-specific standards
Drive guest satisfaction, manage service feedback, and implement improvements
Introduce systems and SOPs to improve efficiency and quality
Manage onboarding of large client groups, especially in key locations
Work closely with finance and commercial teams on budgets, cost control, and reporting
Represent the company at client meetings and industry events
Requirements
10+ years' experience (3+ at Director level) in operational leadership (serviced accommodation, hospitality, or property)
Proven ability to manage multi-site operations and large service teams
Strong working knowledge of compliance, guest services, and operational KPIs
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy - confident with PMS, CRM, and operational reporting tools
Ability to travel across the UK as required
Preferred Skills
Background in luxury or high-value accommodation
Familiarity with healthcare, insurance, or relocation sector housing needs
Financial and commercial awareness

Pay: 55,000.00-65,000.00 per year
