Role

Miramar Vets in Sheringham is seeking an experienced veterinary surgeon to join our team as the Director of Practice and Clinical Services to lead our thriving, close-knit practice. This pivotal role combines operational leadership with hands-on clinical work, giving you the opportunity to shape both the strategic direction and day-to-day performance of the practice.

You will lead and develop a passionate team, champion outstanding patient care, and take responsibility for the commercial success of the practice. You'll oversee the full P&L, deliver financial goals, ensure clinical excellence, and create a positive, engaged team culture. As a visible leader, you will work closely with the Practice Manager, Area Director, and the wider IVC Evidensia team to deliver sustainable growth while maintaining the exceptional care our clients and patients expect.

We offer protected leadership time within your working week, and your clinical days will involve both consultations and surgery, with support for any specialist interests you wish to develop.

We need a veterinary leader with proven management experience, strong business acumen, emotional intelligence, and excellent communication skills. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and bring energy, vision, and a collaborative approach to team leadership.
