THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and resourceful person to lead our production team in making bold, recycled products for architectural projects worldwide. You are the link between material research and manufacturing applications. You will be at the heart of our process -- shaping our approach to making, keeping production on track, improving processes, and creating an open, supportive environment for the team to thrive in. Depending on experience, we are o!ering this role as a Production Manager (32,587 - 37,831) or as Director of Production (39,721 - 47,079).

As our Production Manager,

you are the anchor for day-to-day production. You manage production schedules, resources and workflows, refine processes, and ensure quality across all areas of production. You work collaboratively to coordinate and support the production team in carrying out production tasks and meeting project deadlines. You support the production team, nurture skills and ensure our processes are safe, efficient and sustainable. Over time, we expect the Production Manager to progress into our Director of Production role.

As Director of Production,

you are responsible for overseeing the future growth of production, setting the strategy for expanding our production capabilities, introducing new product ranges, and refining our processes as we grow. You set the production budget and oversee production operations. You develop the production team, shape roles, nurture skills and improve structures over the long-term, co-creating a collaborative environment where everyone can contribute. Alongside your co-directors, you will align production with the wider goals of Granby Workshop as we work to become the most innovative tile manufacturer in the country.
