Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Director's Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director and Directors. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, tech-savvy and capable of handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity while displaying a composed demeanour.

This position is ideal for individuals seeking growth and professional development.

The hours of work are 9.00am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. However, due to the nature of this role, flexibility may be required.

Key Responsibilities (This list is not exhaustive)



Understanding business priorities and reflecting that in diary management Screen and direct incoming communications (emails, calls, correspondence) Prepare and manage correspondence, documents, presentations and reports, aiding the Director in maintaining excellent communication and record-keeping Act as the Director's go-to support across multiple projects, departments and priorities Attend meetings, take minutes, track actions, and follow up on deliverables Develop and implement administrative systems and procedures to enhance efficiency Serve as the first point of contact, both internally and externally, representing the Directors with professionalism Liaising with the Executive Assistant to co-ordinate internal and external meetings, events and off-site functions Co-ordination of Company insurance policies Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Greeting visitors and clients Any other ad hoc tasks required by the Directors

Ensure systems and processes are followed to minimise the environmental impact of the operations All activities on site are carried out in a safe manner, in line with policies, ensuring that all Health, Safety and Environmental statutory requirements are met Compliance to all other HSE & HR Policies & Procedures

Experience & Knowledge



Essential



Possess a level of business acumen Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint) Experience in handling confidential and sensitive information professionally.
