About the Role




As a Dispatch Assistant, you'll play a key part in getting every order out on time and in perfect condition. Working within our dispatch team, you'll pack with care and accuracy, manage stock efficiently, and help keep operations running smoothly in a busy environment.

What You'll Do



+ Pick, pack, and label customer orders with precision and care + Work collaboratively to meet daily dispatch targets.
+ Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or discrepancies.
+ Flag and help resolve issues quickly to keep things on track.
+ Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working area.

About You



Skills & Behaviours



Strong attention to detail and effective time management. A proactive, problem-solving approach. Physical readiness for an active, hands-on role. Clear communication and a team-first attitude. A focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Desirable Extras



Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehousing. Interest in speciality coffee, or curiosity to learn more.

The Dispatch Assistant ensures every order leaves Origin on time and in perfect condition. This role supports the smooth flow of goods from our roastery to customers, maintaining accuracy, quality, and efficiency at every step.

Please note:

Origin will begin relocating its Roastery production and HQ in early 2026, moving from Porthleven to a new site near Truro and Perranporth, just off the A30. We encourage applicants to keep this in mind when applying.


Ideally, you have a clean driving license or are at least learning to drive.
