About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, detail-driven individual to join the

Gods of Grip

team as an

E-Commerce Fulfilment & Dispatch Assistant

.
This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in keeping our online store running smoothly, from managing stock and fulfilling orders, to communicating with our customers and preparing items for dispatch.

You'll work closely with the rest of the team at our Burscough unit, ensuring every order leaves on time, perfectly packed, and up to the high standard our customers expect.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and dispatch online orders through

Shopify

Maintain accurate

stock control

and update inventory systems Organise and wrap stock ready for fulfilment

Book deliveries

and prepare shipping labels with couriers Respond to

customer enquiries

via email and messaging platforms Support day-to-day warehouse and operational tasks as needed

Qualities

Good level of

computer literacy

(Shopify, Excel/Sheets, email)

Punctual

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
