B A Joinery is a specialist joinery manufacturing company established in 2008. Located in a 40000 square ft premises at Purvis Building, Leeholme Road, Billingham, TS23 3TA. We offer a full fit out service to our clients, including design, manufacture and installation. As well as having a strong reputation built on traditional values of craftsmanship, we also strive simultaneously to achieve and sustain social, economic, health, safety and environmental targets.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Dispatch Operative to join our growing Production Team. This is a great role for someone looking to gain valuable experience in the industry. The chosen candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following duties:

Assisting the dispatch department team

Wrapping completed joinery items ready for delivery

Labelling products and loading delivery vehicles safely and securely

Occasionally participate in driving the delivery vehicles

Ensure that housekeeping around the workshop is kept to a high level

Assisting other departments as and when required.

Other general labouring duties

Experience (desirable) :

Experience in a similar role / factory

Skills / Qualities:

Forklift licence - advantageous

Full clean drivers licence - essential

Organised

Punctual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,396.80 per year
