Spicerhaart, the largest Independent Estate Agent in the UK, has an exciting opening for a Fulfilment/Dispatch Operative at our unique in-house print facility at Severalls Business Park, Colchester.
What is on offer to you?

• Basic salary of 15,238.08 per annum
• Part time working pattern

(3 full days per week at 08.30 - 17.00) * Spicerhaart's Employee Assistance Programme.

What is the purpose of the Fulfilment / Dispatch Operative?
To ensure that customer orders are processed, and shipped, accurately, and on time.
This involves picking, packing, and preparing items for dispatch, as well as maintaining accurate inventory and records.
Responsibilities also include using IT systems, for labelling and shipping, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
What does a normal day look like?

• Order Fulfilment

• Picking and packing items according to customer orders.
• Dispatch Preparation

• Preparing orders for shipment, including creating labels and ensuring proper documentation.
• Inventory Management

• Maintaining accurate stock levels and assisting with stock takes.
• Manual Handling

• Spending extended periods of time on your feet, manually handling parcels.
• Operating Systems

• Using IT systems for order processing, labelling, and tracking shipments.
• Quality Control

• Ensuring all items are in good condition and packed securely.
• Adhering to Procedures

• Following company guidelines and safety protocols.

What do you need to succeed as a Fulfilment / Dispatch Operative?
