We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch Operative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods within our supply chain operations.

This position requires strong communication skills and proficiency in various transportation management systems.

Duties

Coordinate and manage the dispatch of product to ensure timely delivery. Utilise transportation management systems to track and monitor orders effectively. Analyse shipping data to optimise routes and improve efficiency. Use of a Hand Held Scanner Shunting Trailers / use of a pallet truck Ensure compliance with all company policies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a dispatch or logistics role. Familiarity with order processes and supply chain management principles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Competent in data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy. Shunter Driver Licence not essential but preferable
