: Dispatcher - RV GLOBAL Logistics Ltd

RV GLOBAL Logistics Ltd is seeking a reliable and experienced

Dispatcher

to support our operations using the

Courier Exchange

platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for booking delivery jobs, assigning work to drivers, and ensuring smooth coordination between drivers and client companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Book and manage delivery jobs through the Courier Exchange platform Assign jobs to drivers based on availability, location, and job requirements Communicate with client companies regarding delivery updates and estimated time of arrival (ETA) Maintain regular communication with drivers to provide instructions and resolve issues Track all consignments to ensure timely and successful delivery Handle delays or problems professionally and efficiently Keep accurate records of jobs, driver assignments, and tracking updates

Requirements:

Previous experience as a dispatcher or in logistics/courier operations preferred Familiarity with Courier Exchange or similar platforms Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple jobs at once Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.75 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London E13 9EU
