Job Description

Location: Chacewater & Devoran Surgeries

Hours: 27 hours per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays 8.30-6.00)

Expected start: November 2025

We are looking for an experienced dispenser, who has line management experience, to co-ordinate and lead our team of dispensary staff whilst our Dispensary Manager is on Maternity Leave.

The post holder with work as a hands-on dispenser but have dedicated management time with good support from the surgery's management team.

A large part of this role is to support our ongoing work reviewing our drug purchasing and ensuring we are providing a consistent and efficient dispensary service to our patients.

We are very proud of the high quality, personal, local care that we provide for our 6930 patients form our semi-rural practices. We dispense for a high proportion of our patients. Our patient surgery results have placed us as the best practice in Cornwall, our CQC rating is good and we have a high QOF achievement.
