Dispensary Manager vacancy
Old Leake Medical Practice is a busy General Practice in rural Lincolnshire. We provide primary health care and dispensing services to approximately 9,500 patients in Old Leake and the surrounding rural villages. OLMC is a well established teaching and training Practice with a diverse workforce. The Practice is part of First Coastal PCN.
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Dispensary Manager to lead our busy team of Dispensers. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the Dispensary, providing a safe, efficient service to our patients. Your duties will include recruitment and training, staff rotas and absence management as well as Dispensary stock control, purchasing and liaising with suppliers.
Essential Requirements:
NVQ level 2/3 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent
Previous experience of working in a Dispensary/Pharmacy
Ability to work to policies and procedures
Ability to use email, knowledge of Word and Excel
Understanding of legal requirements applicable to Dispensary
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Desirable but not essential requirements:
Previous management experience
Knowledge of SystmOne
