Distillery Assistant
Job Description
DISTILLERY ASSISTANT required to join our growing team to support our continued growth and expansion across the world. This is a fantastic opportunity to enter the drinks industry and share our passion for amazing drinks. Distillery experience is not essential as full training will be given. Applicants must have strong interpersonal skills with a strong work ethic and the ability and desire to learn new skills.
For the right candidate with a genuine interest and desire to learn more, there will be ample opportunity to train and become more deeply involved in the actual spirit production of our liquids (including the opportunity to gain some industry relevant qualifications).
Hours evening shift (5pm - 1am or 7pm - 3am, production dependent) 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday - flexibility is required.
Private Medical Cover after 1 year of employment

Responsibilities
Assist in the daily operations of spirit production Ability to meticulously inspect products and identify even minor defects Maintain accurate production records at every stage of production. Operate equipment, performing basic maintenance as needed to ensure optimal functionality. Conduct regular inspections of production areas to identify potential hazards or inefficiencies. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve productivity.
Skills
Strong organisational and record keeping skills Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work within a team environment and communicate progresses and challenges. Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work on your own initiative Ability to work to tight deadlines Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Adaptable: Flexible and open to learning new skills, taking on additional responsibilities as required.
