Job Description

DISTILLERY OPERATOR required to join our growing team to support our continued growth and expansion across the world. This is a fantastic opportunity to enter the drinks industry and share our passion for amazing drinks. Distillery experience is not essential as full training will be given. Applicants must have strong interpersonal skills with a strong work ethic and the ability and desire to learn new skills.

For the right candidate with a genuine interest, there will be ample opportunity to train and become more deeply involved in the actual spirit production of our liquids (including the opportunity to gain some industry relevant qualifications).

Hours evening shift (5pm - 1am or 7pm - 3am, production dependent) 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday - flexibility is required.

Responsibilities



Assist in the daily operations of spirit production along with bottling, labelling, packing and order fulfillment Always follow Standard Operating procedures (SOP's) to maintain quality and safety standards Prepare Botanicals for production processes Conduct taste tasting and sensory analysis as part of quality assurance procedures Maintain accurate production records at every stage of production. Operate equipment, performing basic maintenance as needed to ensure optimal functionality. Conduct regular inspections of production areas to identify potential hazards or inefficiencies. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve productivity. Complete detailed shift handovers to ensure seamless operations Ability to lone work

Adaptable: Flexible and open to learning new skills, taking on additional responsibilities as required.

Desirable Skills but not essential



Food Science or Brewing background/qualifications Previous experience in Food or Beverage manufacturing environments
