Distribution Administrator
Total Food Service owned by Kitwave Group, has a strong reputation for excellent service and is highly regarded with caterers throughout Yorkshire. With Depots in Clitheroe, Dunnington, Huddersfield and Hull the business is focused on customer service by maintaining a high level of service characterised by our guiding principle "deliver on promise".
We offer a one stop shop across Ambient, Chilled, Frozen and Non food items, with a product range is excess of 3000 lines. We also have introduced fresh fruit and vegetables.
The expansive range caters for our loyal customer base, which is made up of pubs, restaurants, hotels, cafes, leisure complex, care homes and schools.
Key Responsibilities:
To ensure the company meets any legislative & regulatory requirements relating to road transport, distribution and working time. To ensure the activities of the driving team meet the requirements of the company health & safety & food safety & HACCP system. To ensure routes are effective as possible To give key guidance to operations manager in carrying out legislative issues.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word Experience with distribution is a plus Flexible attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasks as needed

Hours of Work
40 hours per week, between 7.00am to 16:00pm over Monday to Friday/
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 31,200.00 per year
