Domestic / Laundry Assistant

to join our friendly team and help us maintain the warm, welcoming environment our residents deserve.

About the Role:

As a Domestic / Laundry Assistant, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our home is clean, comfortable, and well-presented for residents, visitors, and staff.
Your duties will include:

Cleaning residents' rooms, communal areas, and staff spaces to a high standard. Washing, drying, ironing, and organising residents' laundry and linen. Following infection control and health & safety procedures. Supporting the wider team to create a pleasant, homely atmosphere.

About You:

We're looking for someone who:

Has a friendly, positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Is reliable, organised, and able to work as part of a team. Takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail. (Experience in a care home or cleaning environment is helpful, but full training will be provided.)

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
