20 hours per week



Temporary up to 12 months or until the post holder returns; whichever is earlier.



We provide person centred and outcome focused care to people who are supported in a permanent or short-term residential care placement in Ty Cwm Ogwr. Supporting people to maintain their independence, regain, improve and maintain skills of daily living, provide the best outcomes for people who need care and support in a safe environment.



You will work as part of the in-house domestic team to ensure the management and standards of cleanliness and Infection control are maintained. Your duties will include, cleaning all communal areas throughout the home, main corridors, cleaning of resident's personal rooms, support the main kitchen during the hours of 4 to 8pm when required, operating electrical equipment, mechanical and laundry. Taking responsibility for your wellbeing and being aware and adhering to Health and Safety and Food Hygiene Policies and Procedures

An Enhanced with Adults Barred list criminal records check by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) is a requirement for this post.



Weekend Working is a requirement of this post.
