Role Overview:
As our 'Domiciliary Care Manager', you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance with CIW standards and managing a team of dedicated care professionals. You will be responsible for delivering care that meets each individuals needs while fostering a positive and efficient working environment.
You will be at the heart of our service - leading, supporting, and inspiring a team of carers to deliver truly person-centred care. Your days will be varied, meaningful and full of opportunities to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and motivate a team of care coordinators, team leaders and care workers.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in line with regulatory and company standards.
- Maintain compliance with CIW regulations and respond effectively to inspection findings.
- Liaise with individuals, families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities.
- Develop and implement care plans and risk assessments.
- Manage staffing levels, rotas, recruitment and training of staff.
- Monitor service delivery and take action to improve performance where needed.

Requirements:
QCF / NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent qualification).
Previous experience in a management role within domiciliary care.
Strong knowledge of CIW regulations, relevant legislation, guidance and safeguarding procedures.
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work flexibly, including some evening, weekends if required.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
