We are seeking a dedicated Door Staff member to join our team at Castle Street Sports & Entertainment in the heart of the city. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional experiences.

Requirements

SIA License Prior experience in nightlife or security is preferred Strong conflict resolution and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanour Ability to remain calm and assertive in high-pressure situations Reliable & punctual Flexible availability - evenings, late nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Monitor entrance and exit points to ensure safety and security Conduct surveillance to prevent unauthorized access Utilize CCTV systems effectively for monitoring purposes Assist in loss prevention strategies to protect company assets Provide first aid assistance when necessary Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with guests Enforce venue policies and procedures Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest experience

Qualifications

Proven experience in security or door staff roles (highly preferred) Strong skills in surveillance and loss prevention techniques Familiarity with CCTV operations First aid certification is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Strong attention to detail and observational skills
