About the Role

We're looking for professional and personable

Door Supervisors

to work within the night-time economy -- pubs, bars, and nightclubs -- ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all customers and staff.

Door Supervisors are the first point of contact for guests, so a friendly, confident, and professional approach is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Meet and greet customers upon arrival Carry out ID checks and searches as required Manage entry, queues, and crowd control Maintain the safety of customers, staff, and property Follow site-specific instructions and risk assessments Represent

T3 Security

and our clients to the highest standard Liaise professionally with clients, customers, and colleagues Deal with potential incidents calmly and effectively Deliver outstanding customer service at all times

Requirements

Valid DS SIA Licence

(essential)

Availability to work Friday & Saturday nights

(essential)

5-year checkable work history

(essential) Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional, approachable, and reliable Able to work under pressure and as part of a team Experience working in venues where alcohol is served (desirable)
