Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and professional Door Supervisor to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for both staff and patrons.
Responsibilities
Monitor entry and exit points to ensure only authorised individuals gain access. Provide first aid assistance as required, ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals on-site. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary. Maintain a professional presence at all times, addressing any issues or conflicts that may arise promptly and effectively. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as licensing laws relevant to the establishment.
Skills
Certified in first aid, with the ability to respond calmly in emergencies. Strong observational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear reporting and interaction with patrons. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Payroll Only - Holiday pay & Pension included.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: 13.68 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
