About the Role

This is not just another sales job. As a Canvas Team Manager, you'll be:

Canvassing door-to-door, speaking directly with homeowners offering free no obligation surveys for Thermal Roughcasting & Roofing products through our Energysave Scheme.

Booking a minimum of 4 appointments per day for Energy Sales Advisor to attend the following day

Hiring and training your own team of self-employed & Employed door-to-door reps.

Working hands-on with your team throughout the day, training, checking in, and supporting performance.

Driving results through leadership, coaching, and example-setting.

Earning personal commissions, plus team bonuses that reward you for building and managing a successful sales team.

What You'll Be Doing

Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing (you'll be actively on the ground). Mon-Thursday 10am until 3pm

Recruit, train, and manage a team of self-employed canvassers.

Monitor daily team activity, check in with reps, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality control.

Ensure high levels of customer service and professionalism.

What You'll Get

Basic Salary: 300 per week

Uncapped commission on personal sales - Top earners reach 3000 per week. 300 per sale with 50% paid upfront and rest on completion.

We're Looking for Candidates With:

At least 1 years experience door-to-door, face-to-face sales or telephone sales

A self-starter mindset and passion for hitting and exceeding targets

A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (required)

We are a very fast growing company who have a large number of installation teams on the road installing numerous products, excellent pricing and have customer finance available. Our sales conversion ratio is 1 sale in every 2 surveys. Full Uniform and Training Provided if Required.
