Scotland's No1 domestic Home refurbishment Company has an exciting new position available for a

Door to Door Sales Trainer and Recruitment Manager.

The Successful Applicant will be responsible for the day to day running of our Door to Door operation (canvassing and leafleting domestic addresses as well as all recruitment and training.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and will be able to perform in a fast-paced environment. This person must have excellent communication skills, be a self-starter with the ability to work independently, and be able to recruit train and motivate at all levels. (this senior key position is reporting directly to the Sales Director.)

You must have at least a minimum of 3 years experience working within a canvassing operation and a hunger to succeed, in return you will receive , Basic Salary, Car allowance plus the chance to earn 6 figure bonuses.

The ideal candidate

Must have previously managed a canvass team.

Is able to recruit door to door canvass staff.

Is able to train existing staff as well as new staff.
