Our banking client is looking for a Regulatory Communications and Training SME with experience of regulatory compliance projects to support the implementation of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) from January 2024. This contract role comes with a generous daily rate.

In this role, you will be responsible for Change Communications and Stakeholder Training and will develop an understanding of DORA across workstreams to be able to;

  • Engage and shape the change strategy with senior stakeholders
  • Develop a plan based on adhering the regulatory deadlines (of Jan 2025) to achieve the necessary changes throughout the business
  • Work with the Workstreams to develop training materials for stakeholders in the business.
  • Conduct training sessions with various areas of the bank to allow sufficient time for adoption of new techniques ahead of regulatory timelines.
To apply for this DORA Change Comms and Training role, you will need 5+ years of experience supporting financial institutions. You will also require the following:
  • Change and Training experience, ideally in Financial services and in large tier 1 banks
  • Experience and knowledge of large scale, global change programmes and portfolios
  • Excellent information management, collation and reporting skills, and experience with reporting key information to stakeholders.
  • Effective at network building and forming relationships.
  • Whilst not essential, you will ideally have an understanding of the DORA regulations or operational/technology resilience.
