Futureglaze Windows are looking for an experienced Service Engineer to join our award-winning team. For over 37 years, we've been proudly delivering quality windows, doors, and conservatories across South Wales.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our busy and growing business. While our new factory and showroom is based in Bridgend, your service calls will take you to customers throughout South Wales.

Role Responsibilities

Your duties will be varied and may include:

Attending service call-outs to assess, repair, and adjust windows, doors, locks, conservatories, and associated hardware in uPVC and aluminium. Identifying and ordering replacement parts where necessary. Carrying out emergency call-outs when required. Ensuring your vehicle is fully stocked for service calls and reporting any fitting issues to the Installation Manager. Maintaining the factory and recycling unit. Receiving and quality-checking deliveries. Assisting with fitting jobs when required. Striving to complete all service calls in a single visit wherever possible. General maintenance in the showroom and factory.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in window, door, and conservatory installation and service work. Knowledge of the building industry is advantageous. Ability to fit blinds would be an advantage as this may form part of the role. Comfortable working independently, but also a strong team player. Full UK driving licence (any points or disqualifications must be disclosed at application stage).

The Offer

Permanent, full-time position. Competitive salary based on experience and skill set (discussed at interview). Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (occasional later finish for emergency call-outs). Company Van with fuel card Paid bank holidays
