Double Glazing Service Engineer

to help us continue providing the reliable, professional service our customers expect.

The Role

As a Double Glazing Service Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out service, repair, and maintenance work on a wide range of double glazing products installed by Swift Home Improvements Ltd. You'll be the face of the company when visiting customers' homes, so professionalism, a friendly manner, and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair faults with windows, doors, locks, hinges, handles, seals, and glazing units. Carry out maintenance, adjustments, and component replacements across

uPVC, aluminium, and timber systems

. Replace faulty double-glazed units, hardware, and components where required. Deliver a consistently high standard of workmanship on every job. Provide excellent customer service in line with Swift's reputation. Keep accurate records of all work completed. Work safely and responsibly at all times.

About You

Proven experience in double glazing service, installation, and

repairs across uPVC, aluminium, and timber window and door systems

. Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and manage your own workload efficiently. Strong communication and customer service skills. Full UK driving license.
