Job Description

EXPERIENCED, Customer Care/Service Engineer:


Candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and posses a can do attitude, ensuring total customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Replacing sealed units, handles, locks. Window and Door adjustments. Perform maintenance and repairs as required at /in customer's homes. Maintain accurate records of daily service activities, including reports on repairs.
