Summary
We are seeking a dedicated double up team to cover our
Lowestoft
area. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting individuals in their daily lives, promoting independence and well-being while delivering personalised care.
Responsibilities
Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes.
Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal hygiene.
Encourage independence by promoting self-care and decision-making among service users.
Build trusting relationships with clients and their families through effective communication and empathy.
Accurately document care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate personnel.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
Previous experience in a care role is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and families.
A compassionate approach with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to the varying needs of clients.
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

7am-2pm
4pm-10pm
Alternative weekends are a requirement
This is a full time position
Minimum of 3 evenings per week
Please note we are recruiting for a double up team so we require 2 people. This can either be you and someone you know or you must be willing to work with another person.

12.72 during the week
13.78 at weekends
15.90 bank holidays
