Dr Tim Ltd is seeking a full-time Membership and Community Manager who thrives in the fast-paced digital marketing world. Using your powers of customer service, relationship building and strategic growth, your job will be to nurture and grow a newly launched community of clients.

Dr Tim Ltd is a UK-based eLearning company that provides high-quality video-based instruction for Medical Aesthetics practitioners for a world-wide audience. The exclusive online aesthetics courses are designed to build confidence, knowledge and technique at every stage, working from level to advanced treatments and management of .

At the moment, the company is at the beginning of an exciting revolution in the business to move to a membership model that will include additional services. The membership will be a global tribe of medical professionals whose values and success are a beacon of light in our industry. The goal is for 1 million patients to be treated by our members within 5 years.

You are the ideal candidate if you have experience nurturing and growing an online community. The client journey is something you obsess over from onboarding to customer service to gamification. You want every community member to be engaged and feeling the love during their experience. To drive the service, you analyze KPIs and find trends where the membership can serve clients better. You\xe2\x80\x99re a Russell Brunson fan, and you understand how valuable an engaged community is to the business..

You are perfect for this role if you are okay with uncertainty. This membership model is new for the company, and your role is responsible for how the membership will grow beyond launch. You love to come up with the strategic map, but you also have the ability to work in the details of serving each member. When things need to be done, you roll up your sleeves and do it.

Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role)

  • Set up. We have just launched version one of our membership but it\xe2\x80\x99s very early days so you will be completing the set up.
  • Content. Work with the Production Manager to ensure membership content keeps members coming back for more.
  • Customer success. Set up and run the Customer Success team (currently one team member) and SOPs to maximise engagement.
  • Concierge. Look after members within the Facebook group e.g. signposting to resources.
  • Ascension and sales. Set up sales mechanisms to encourage ascension to higher tiers.
  • Infrastructure. Work with tech colleagues to ensure membership platforms are fit for purpose.
  • Partnership liaison. Set up and nurture collaborations with external experts to serve members\xe2\x80\x99 needs.
  • Strategy. Work with the Director of Sales to develop and implement new work streams. For example: new tiers, new income streams, changes in pricing, member referral scheme etc.
  • Analytics. Set up and run analytics not only about members\xe2\x80\x99 behaviour and preferences inside the membership, but also about their businesses so we can serve them at a higher level over time.
Requirements (expected proficiencies to excel in this role)

This position is for a person who is/has:
  • Proven track record of growing an online membership.
  • Specific experience of implementing performance-driven customer success SOPs e.g. onboarding, community gamification, content consumption optimisations etc.
  • Comfortable with operating at both a strategic level and also in the detail helping individual members.
  • You are a marketer at heart. To keep members engaged we\xe2\x80\x99ll need to encourage them to consume membership content, so you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to shout about it in the group and constantly come up with ways to grab their attention.
  • Comfortable with uncertainty. We are currently pivoting the business toward membership so you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to be the kind of person who gets excited about implementing new stuff and driving change with colleagues.
  • Competitive with yourself. You\xe2\x80\x99re itching to get those numbers going north.
  • You are a completer-finisher. JGID is your mantra.
  • Direct response marketing knowledge. We are Russell Brunson devotees so it would be a massive bonus if you are embedded in that world too.
Additional requirements:
  • Available to work a hybrid work schedule. Working 3 days (Tues, Wed, Thurs) in our office in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire (right next to junction 18, M6)
