Hiring: Draftsman + Interior Designer (Full-Time, Remote-Friendly)

Location: Bahria Town, Islamabad (Hybrid/Remote)

Role Overview:

The Centrum Group is hiring a versatile and experienced Draftsman cum Interior Designer who can independently manage architectural floor plans, 3D layouts, and interior presentation visuals. This is a full-time, project-integrated role for someone who can deliver fast and precisely under remote supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare professional 2D floor plans in AutoCAD (offices, apartments, retail)

Assist with interior layout planning and space optimization

Create 3D views, renders, and basic walk-throughs using SketchUp, Lumion, or Revit

Translate CEO's design briefs into technically clean DWG + presentation output

Provide PDF-ready client visuals and material board assistance (if needed)

Coordinate revisions via WhatsApp/email and share timely updates

Software Skills (Must-Have):

? AutoCAD - 2D layout, layering, scaling

? SketchUp or Revit - 3D modeling, interiors

? Lumion / Enscape / Twinmotion - for rendering

? Photoshop / Canva / PowerPoint - for client-ready presentations

Bonus: Basic knowledge of BOQ/quantity estimation is a plus (not mandatory)

Candidate Profile:

2-5 years experience in architecture or interior design drafting

Must be able to understand plot constraints, lift/stair cores, setbacks

Strong eye for functional and modern interior layouts

Can independently handle residential + commercial planning

Must share a portfolio with plans and renders (PDF or link)

Location in Rawalpindi/Islamabad preferred, but open to remote nationwide

Compensation:

PKR 70,000 - 100,000/month (based on skills, quality, and responsiveness)

Bonuses for consistency, speed, and premium presentation quality

Remote flexibility with milestone-based tracking

No daily office requirement unless required for coordination
